Fresh Start Server Plans and Specifications (Updated May 1)

Dear Inheritors,

First of all, we'd like to thank everyone who previously joined the Unchained Fresh Start server.

We received a lot of feedback, and we are going to try our best to reflect your feedback to provide a better ArcheAge: Unchained experience.

We designed the upcoming Fresh Start server to maintain the parts of the previous Fresh Start server that everybody loved, and improved upon it. In particular, we added boosts for the "Disciple's Equipment" after receiving feedback about the boosts being only focused on the "Hiram Guardian equipment."

Just like before, you can get double or triple the XP, Conflict/War/Siege/Quest Honor Points, and Vocation Badges while the upcoming Fresh Start server lasts. You can also get additional rewards from content you must go through in order to grow your characters and equipment. The upcoming seasonal server will run for three months, and then there will be a two-month period during which you can transfer your character for free. If you achieve a certain level, you will be able to purchase graduation rewards at the Marketplace for free before the server transfer. The upcoming Fresh Start server will be a seasonal server that includes powerful boosts. It will end on June 29, 2023 UTC 09:00 and all character data that is not transferred will be deleted.

Fresh Start Server Transfer Schedule and Free Server Transfer Details

The upcoming Fresh Start server is a seasonal server that will be available only for a certain period. All fresh start server exclusive boosts will end with the May 11, 2023 maintenance. After this maintenance, you will no longer be able to create characters in the relevant server. You may transfer your existing characters to another server for free for 2 months (May 11, 2023–Jun. 29, 2023).
Free character transfers will be provided via our official website through the Character Transfer Service. Only transfers to the EVO servers (Ardenia for EU, Kraken for NA) will be available. Please check the website for details about the transfer and how to use this service. More details will be provided once the server transfer service becomes available.
Using the character transfer service will allow you to continue playing with the relevant character on the transferred server. Please note that once the character transfer period ends, you will no longer be able to play the game on the new server and all game data will be deleted.
A free 1-Day Subscription Coupon will be provided to players who have played in the Fresh Start servers once the Free character server transfers are open.
The above schedule may change depending on the season server situation. Any changes will be notified in advance.

7. Content Boost Event

Weekly rewards from content boost events will be distributed via in-game mail during maintenance every week.
Whether an event requirement was fulfilled or not will be judged based on the game log that has been recorded between Thursday every week UTC 00:00 –Wednesday of the following week UTC 23:59.
- The week specified for each requirement section below refers to Thursday every week UTC:00–Wednesday of the following week UTC 23:59.
- Additional rewards can be claimed only once per character every week.
  - For example, if you complete Western/Eastern Hiram weekly quests after the maintenance on Thursday and complete the quests again after Sunday UTC 00:00, which is when the weekly quests are reset, additional rewards will be provided only once.
  - No additional rewards will be provided for the quests completed by a character that is deleted during reward distribution every week.
